Asharqia Chamber and the Ministry of Housing organize a workshop on investment in the management of real estate complexes
Discussed a workshop organized by the Asharqia Chamber within the activities of the Committee on Real Estate and Urban Development in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing, entitled investment in the management of real estate complexes of joint ownership, at the headquarters of the Chamber.
Ziad Al Tamimi, Director of Union Services Department, reviewed the importance of the Landlords Union and its impact in regulating the relationship between owners and occupants of real estate units, pointing out that the Union aims to preserve the rights and sustainability of the life of the property, ensure good use of the property, and promote a culture of coexistence, and paint a comprehensive picture when Union in promoting a culture of good neighborliness.
Tamimi talked about the initiative of sorting real estate units of the Ministry of Housing, pointing out that it is a service initiative working to divide a building or a real estate complex into several real estate units through which all information about the real estate unit and its share of the land area and the area of common areas in the property and use rights, where the service is provided electronically Through one of the accredited engineering offices so that the beneficiary can obtain a transcript of his authority to obtain title deeds.
On the objectives of the initiative, Al-Tamimi said that the establishment of a unified system and work procedures in all regions of the Kingdom, and reduce the time period to complete the process of sorting real estate units, and develop and organize the procedures followed for sorting real estate units, and preserve and ensure the rights of beneficiaries by identifying common areas and the share of each unit, in addition to finding An electronic system that facilitates and accelerates the process of sorting real estate units, and raising the level of efficiency, accuracy and sorting of real estate units.
Regarding the rights of the units, Tamimi explained that the screening process preserves the rights of the unit by determining the share of units in the common areas and their share of the land.
